Since New Challenge was established in March 1997, we have witnessed an ever increasing demand from unemployed people living in West London to provide them with the support necessary to help them overcome the often multiple barriers they face in finding work. In providing this service to thousands of clients, we have helped many to upgrade their skills and improve their confidence, thereby allowing them to enter the labour market, gain experience, earn a good income, develop their talents and take control of their lives.

Our core services include job brokerage, dedicated to matching the skills of our clients, with those demanded by the many local employers who use our service and provide us with their vacancies. In addition we also provide motivational and employability skills training to help individuals on their path to sustained employment.
